Boston was the fifth city visited by the tall ships in the three-year national celebration commemorating the War of 1812 and the Star-Spangled Banner.

Boston Navy Week 2012 featured events demonstrating the mission of the U.S. Navy and our proud heritage, coalition ships from around the world, and an air show by the Navy's Blue Angels.

The theme, “Our Flag Was Still There,” will continue to mark the festivities in New London, CT, July 6 - 8.
